AI advice

From AI question to a well-founded choice.

One concrete question, a view of your current AI use or a plan for your organisation: we help you choose. With care for your people, privacy and impact.

Sound familiar?

Four questions we hear every week

01

Everyone uses ChatGPT, but nobody knows what’s allowed.

Your team is already experimenting. Time for clear agreements on data, tools and responsibility.

03

We want to do something with AI, but where do we start?

Lots of ideas, little time. You’re looking for the application that really makes a difference for your people.

04

What does the AI Act mean for us?

You want to know which rules apply to your organisation, without the legal jargon.

Three packages

From one question to a plan for your whole organisation

Every engagement starts with a short, no-obligation conversation. After that you get a proposal with a clear scope and a fixed price.

A woman holds up a tablet showing her app; a colleague examines the screen through a magnifying glass.

Also · Reality Check · a few days

Did someone on your team build an app with Lovable, Bolt or Cursor? We review the code and tell you whether it can go live, with a list of what needs fixing first. The AI Scan looks broadly at all AI in your organisation, the Reality Check closely at one app.

How we advise

Our principles are part of every piece of advice

People first

We start from your people and their work, not from what a tool can do.

Privacy and sovereignty

As standard, your data stays under European control. If that isn’t possible, we say so up front.

Sustainable

No large model when a small one will do. Energy counts in every choice.

Honest about limits

We also tell you when AI is not the best solution for your question.

AI policy

AI policy and the AI Act, without the legal jargon

The European AI Act requires organisations to know which AI they use and their staff to use it responsibly. We translate those obligations into agreements that fit your day-to-day operations.

Read the AI Act in plain language

Agreements on AI policy and responsibilities are included as standard in the AI Scan and the Roadmap, but are also available as a separate engagement.

A woman looks at a ticked-off checklist next to an open book on a table.

What you get

  • AI policy and a code of conduct for staff
  • A register of your AI applications and their risk
  • Roles: who decides, who checks
  • A plan for AI literacy in your team

How an engagement works

Four steps, no surprises

  1. 1

    Get to know each other

A no-obligation conversation about your question. Then a proposal with a clear scope.

  2. 2

    Explore

We look at your operations, tools and data, and talk to the people who do the work.

  3. 3

    Advise

Clear advice with choices, risks and a realistic timeline.

  4. 4

    Onwards together

We walk your team through the advice and stay available for questions.

Frequently asked questions

What people often ask us

Question not listed? Just ask us.

Which package suits us?

Not sure? Start with a Pitstop or a short introductory call. We’ll tell you honestly what you need, even if that’s less than you thought.

How much time does this take from our team?

Not much. A Pitstop takes one hour. For an AI Scan or Roadmap we talk to a few people who work with the tools and ask for an overview of what you use. We do the analysis.

Are you tied to a vendor or tool?

No. We work without vendor lock-in. If a tool you already have will do, we’ll say so. Privacy, European control and energy use count in every choice.

How do you handle our data?

For advice we usually don’t need personal data: a description of how you work is enough. If we do need to see something, we agree in advance what, for how long and with whom. We can arrange a data processing agreement on request.

Do you also help with implementation?

Yes, if you want. Ethic is Zenjoy’s AI studio: the people who advise also build AI agents, workflows and integrations, and maintain them afterwards. You can just as well carry out the advice yourself, or with another partner.

Is this also suitable for care, education or non-profits?

Yes. We mainly work for organisations that deal with people and sensitive data: care and welfare, education, research and non-profits. For each sector we show where AI saves time and where a person decides.

Shall we look at your question together?

A first conversation comes with no obligation. You get an honest picture of what makes sense straight away.
