1 hour

One AI question, clear in one hour.

Can you use that tool, where are the risks in that self-built app, where do you start? You send us your question, we work through it together for an hour and you get a short summary with next steps.

No-obligation request · 1 hour · at our place or online, with someone who puts AI to work every day

A cyclist with a question stops at a stall, where a woman points him the way.

What is it about?

You bring one question. Like one of these.

01

“Can we use ChatGPT with client data?”

Your team already uses it. You want to know what’s possible, what isn’t allowed and which agreements you need.

02

“Where are the risks in our self-built AI app?”

A colleague built something handy. We look at what data goes into it, who has access and what can go wrong. You get a first assessment, not a full security review.

03

“Which tool suits us?”

You’re torn between a few tools or want to know if what you already have is enough. We compare them on privacy, ease of use and what your team actually does with them.

04

“What does the AI Act mean for us?”

You want to know what changes for your organisation, in plain language and without legal jargon.

Your own question isn’t among them? It’s just as welcome. Keep it as concrete as you can.

What you get

One hour on your question and a summary you can pass on

✓

A focused conversation

An hour with someone who uses AI every day and knows the pitfalls. We’ve read your question beforehand, so we start right away.

✓

A written summary

What we discussed, what we recommend and why. Short enough to forward to your management or your DPO.

✓

Concrete next steps

What you can do yourself, what you’d better leave alone and when you need extra help.

How it works

From question to next step in four steps

At our place or online. Whoever knows the question best joins in.

  1. 1

    Request your Pitstop

Send us your question in a few sentences. No need to include sensitive data.

  2. 2

    Proposal and date

You get a message with a proposal, the price and a date. The hour is only booked once you agree.

  3. 3

    An hour together

We discuss your question, ask the questions that matter and tell you what we see, even if it’s not what you hoped.

  4. 4

    Summary with next steps

In your inbox within 2 working days.

Your request

A few sentences are enough

Describe your question the way you would to a colleague. We read it and tell you honestly whether a Pitstop fits. If your question doesn’t fit in an hour, we tell you before you pay anything.

What you don’t need to do yet

  • Write a detailed brief: we’ll ask for whatever else we need
  • Share sensitive data: an example without names is enough
  • Commit to anything: the hour is only booked once you agree

Pitstop or introductory call?

Pitstop
1 hour · at our place or online

You have one concrete question and want to move on it straight away.

Introductory call
No obligation · 30 minutes · online

Not sure yet what help fits? We’ll work that out together.

After your Pitstop

Then you decide. A follow-up isn’t required.

Maybe your question is answered after the hour and you carry on yourself. If more is needed, we’ll say so and suggest the smallest step that fits: an AI Scan, a Roadmap or a pilot around one AI workflow.

Frequently asked questions

What people often ask us about the Pitstop

Is one hour enough?

For one concrete question, usually yes. We read your question beforehand, so we don’t have to start with introductions. If your question is bigger, we tell you in advance and suggest what to focus the hour on.

Do we have to share sensitive data?

No. A description of your question is usually enough. There’s no need to include client, patient or pupil data. If you want us to look at an app, an explanation and a few screenshots will do.

Can you check a self-built AI app in one hour?

We look at the set-up: what data goes in, where it goes, who has access and where the biggest risks are. That’s a first assessment, not a full security review.

Do we get legal advice on the AI Act?

No, we’re not lawyers. We translate what the rules mean for your situation in practice and tell you when it’s better to bring in a lawyer.

Do we have to continue with you afterwards?

No. The summary is yours and you can use it however you like. We’re not tied to a vendor or tool and recommend what suits you, even if that’s less than you thought.

Who can join?

Whoever knows the question best, for example someone from IT, your DPO or the colleague who built the app. Up to 4 participants, at our office in Leuven or online.

Question not listed? Just ask us.

Data processing agreement and security overview on request.

Which question do you want to clear up?

One hour, one question, a summary with next steps. Then you decide.
